Spiritual Director/ Holistic Coach
I have a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology, and I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in-depth psychology at Pacific Graduate Institute. My research focuses on integrative therapy and healing practices.
I have completed a counseling clinical internship at "Real Escape from the Sex Trade" (REST), where I have had the opportunity to work closely with victims of sex trafficking, which has given me a deep understanding and empathy for survivors of abuse and trauma. I focus on helping people who have experienced childhood and family trauma, abusive relationships, and low self-esteem.
Originally from Hong Kong, I am passionate about promoting holistic well-being and healthy relationships with oneself and others. I am particularly interested in working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. As an immigrant to Western society, I have learned to adapt and thrive in a new environment.
I find meditation and hosting Zen/meditation retreats very fulfilling. These activities bring me great joy.
I enjoy cats, reading, animation, plants, and practicing Tai Chi.
